在台中大肚工業區，一座由台中室內設計— —權釋設計— —打造以力量為語言的建築，

正以穩定的節奏呼吸。ZEETAH專注於工業實心輪胎製造領域，長年在高壓與精密的環境中淬鍊品質與信任。

討論商業空間設計的過程中，我們看見企業背後更深層的精神是一種「承載」的哲學，無論是輪胎與地面的摩擦，還是人與工作的磨合，每一個瞬間都在追求平衡的極限也成為權釋室內設計在構築空間時的核心基底…

In the Dadu Industrial District of Taichung, a building that speaks the language of strength breathes with a steady rhythm.ZEETAH, specializing in the manufacturing of solid industrial tires, has long refined quality and trust within an environment of high pressure and precision.Through the design dialogue, we discovered a deeper spirit behind the company a philosophy of bearing and endurance. Whether it is the friction between tire and ground, or the subtle negotiation between people and their work, every moment becomes a pursuit of balance pushed to its very limit…

思考商業空間設計與辦公室改造討論中，讓力量以空間的秩序被感知，室內設計團隊思考著如何讓「力量 × 承載 × 控制」不只是企業的信念，而成為可被身體感知的節奏？

Let strength be perceived through the order of space.How can “Power × Bearing × Control” become more than a corporate belief, and transform into a rhythm that can be physically felt?

以鋼鐵人的形象為象徵，詮釋從人類到機械、從傳統到創新的進化歷程

在 ZEETAH的品牌精神中，「力量 × 承載 × 控制」代表著企業長期於高壓與精密環境中所淬的信念與價值，設計將這股力量轉化為企業品牌空間設計的語言，

以「英雄」作為精神象徵，代表勇於突破的信念以「宇宙」作為無限延伸的隱喻，象徵探索與創新的邊界以「力量」作為內在的秩序，構築出兼具科技感與理性張力的空間系統，運用「點、線、面」的幾何語彙，將品牌的工業邏輯延伸至建築與室內設計之中

Using Iron Man as a symbol, the design expresses the evolution from humanity to machinery, tradition to innovation.In D Company’s philosophy, Power × Bearing × Control embodies values forged in precision and pressure.This strength is translated into a tangible language Hero for courage, Universe for limitless exploration, and Power for the inner order shaping a rational, technological space.Through points, lines, and planes, the brand’s industrial logic flows through architecture and interior alike.

設計巧思｜力量的具現化

以輕奢辦公室為定位的品牌空間中，力量的語言在於結構之中，也潛藏於細節之間，從形式源於抗力的哲學出發，不以裝飾詮釋力量，而以結構、光影與材質揭示力量的存在方式

The language of strength exists within the structure and lies hidden within the details.

The design follows the philosophy of “Form Follows Resistance”, expressing power not through ornamentation, but through the interplay of structure, light, and material revealing the very essence of strength itself.

1F接待區｜起點

以企業品牌空間設計的角度起點走入空間，光以曲線劃開節奏，如能量在軌跡中延展
接待櫃檯以石材的厚重對應天花的流動，在靜與動之間，構成力量的平衡
胎紋牆與金屬反光延續品牌語彙，鋼鐵人佇立其間，象徵人與機械的融合
這裡，是品牌精神被具象化的起點力量，被控制也被感知

As you step into the space, light carves a rhythm through graceful curves, extending like energy along its trajectory.The reception counter anchors the flow of the ceiling with the weight of stone, creating a balance between stillness and motion a harmony of opposing forces.The textured wall and metallic reflections continue the brand’s visual language, while Iron Man stands amidst them, symbolizing the fusion of human and machine.Here marks the origin where the brand’s spirit takes form where strength is both controlled and perceived.

2F辦公區｜力量的延伸與平衡

二樓成為力量沉澱與對話的層域，開放式辦公區以流線結構延續品牌節奏，金屬格柵與樑體保留工業語彙，在剛性中維持通透休憩區置於核心，以圓弧天花與柔性家具回應下層的幾何秩序，主管辦公室以玻璃介面維持視覺開放，在權責與協作之間取得平衡，使決策更具掌控與延展性，整層空間不再只是工作的場域，而是一種能量的循環體系在穩定的結構中，力量持續流動、凝聚、再生

The second floor becomes a realm where strength settles and dialogue unfolds.Streamlined structures and metal grilles extend the brand’s rhythm, balancing openness and rigidity.At the core, a lounge with curved ceilings and soft furnishings echoes the geometry below, while glass-partitioned offices foster both authority and collaboration.Here, space transforms into an energy system where strength flows, gathers, and renews within structure.

3FVIP 招待會所｜ 力量的精緻場域

 三樓作為獨棟的款待中樞，承接一樓的品牌氣場與二樓的協作節奏，將力量轉化為精緻、可被感知的待客體驗。動線由樓梯直上，以弧形天花板與線性光帶引導流向，形成入口、品酩吧台、沙發會談到半私密包廂的層進儀式。材料語彙以金屬、石材與織紋相互疊合：硬朗承載、柔性回應，兼顧觸感與格調。聲學與燈光分層設計，確保洽談清晰與情境沈浸；展示檯面與小型模型牆嵌入動線節點，讓品牌技術與故事以低度干擾的方式被閱讀以「力量 × 承載 × 控制」將私密、尊榮與效率整合為一條順暢的招待鏈在穩定秩序中，完成從迎賓到決策的關鍵一哩

The third floor acts as the building’s transition, transforming the order and rhythm below into a calmer language of living.The staircase connects exhibition, collaboration, and finally belonging.Here, power turns inward curved paths and soft light create an organic rhythm between work and rest.Open living and kitchen areas encourage interaction, while curved walls and warm textures define a quiet sense of privacy.

4F VVIP 私人招待會所｜力量的安放

四樓作為整棟建築的最頂層，是能量最柔和、也最完整的延伸。 動線自樓梯而上，迎來弧形天花下的開放餐廚與會談區， 以流動的空間語言串連廚房、餐桌與沙發休憩，讓待客、品酩與對話在無斷層的節奏中自然展開

色調以灰褐與深金屬為主，搭配石材檯面與木質地坪，光線由圓頂天井灑下，柔化結構的剛性，也讓空間呈現低調卻堅定的氣場。休息空間設計成主臥延續弧牆語彙，以布質與暖光包覆，將力量轉化為安定與私密，在精準比例與柔和光影之間，呈現一種靜默的平衡與高度的克制，這是整棟建築最享受的一層，不再追求展示與速度，而是讓力量在沉靜中被重新定義成為專屬於少數人的從容與優雅

The fourth floor, as the building’s final level, embodies the resting and rebirth of power.
Energy softens into a tranquil living realm, where curved forms and gentle light shape warmth and calm.The open kitchen and living area flow in quiet rhythm power no longer seeks speed or display, but returns to inner balance and grace.

情感回饋｜力量的心境

力量經歷展現、延伸、轉化與安放，最終回到人之中一種被感知的秩序與平衡，當能量沉澱於生活，室內設計服務力量化為安定的心境，空間展現出權釋設計低調奢華的設計風格與氣質，成為一座讓人重新出發的容器

Power is revealed, extended, transformed, and finally returns to the human realm becoming a perceived sense of order and balance.
When energy settles into everyday life, strength transforms into a state of inner calm, and both home and commerce become vessels that allow people to begin anew.
